For all levels and first timers. This class is one hour of incorporating strength training and plyometrics with basic jump rope skills in a high intensity interval format paired with an energy-inducing playlist.

Jump ropes provided.

We offer classes for every fitness level. Whether you have jumped before or never picked up a rope, you will be jumping by the end of the hour! This class is one hour of high intensity intervals with a focus on jump rope cardio and body weight plyometrics using only a jump rope. You will build strength, endurance, quickness and agility while simultaneously toning multiple muscle groups. This musically inspired, encouraging, judgement-free group environment will have you sweaty and smiling at the end of the hour.
